P52: Week 5/52 - Winter (Landscape)

The theme of the week is Winter landscape.  As I've said before, the San Francisco Bay Area really doesn't see what looks like winter to most people.  We actually get lots of very clear, sunny days, thanks to the wind that comes in off the sea.  The day I took my camera out was one of these days.  It was in the upper 50's but sunny and not too cold if you kept moving, which we did.  My family took a short hike up to the highest peak of the Marin hills, the final ascent up Mt. Tamalpais.  I brought several lenses with me - my 100mm for macro shots which I just love, my new Lensbaby Sweet 35 Optic just for fun, and my 16-35mm wide angle lens for the true "landscape" images.  I took a LOT but here are my favorites (I can see now that me picking only ONE image each will be a problem!)...
